Esther Fitzgerald is the founder of Elevated & Alleviated Minds, where etiquette education and academic excellence come together to elevate both presence and performance. She is a Certified Etiquette Consultant trained under Jackie Vernon-Thompson of From the Inside Out School of Etiquette and further refined her approach through Secrets of the Elite Woman with Anna Bey.

Since 2017, Esther has supported students as a math tutor, helping them strengthen comprehension, problem-solving skills, and confidence. In August 2025, she began serving as an Adjunct Professor, deepening her commitment to academic excellence and intellectual growth. Her approach to tutoring emphasizes mastery, clarity, and disciplined thinking that extends beyond the classroom.

With a Master’s degree in Business, Esther blends refinement and rigor in every service she offers. From dining and business etiquette to personalized math tutoring and academic coaching, her work is designed to equip students and young adults with practical tools for success.
